I know Yotpo can some times be more costly than other review services, but this is the type of support that keeps us a loyal customer. This app is intuitive, and displays reviews in real time. I like being able to send emails to consumers to request reviews and being in control of the content. their customer service is great as well I've worked with several of their customer service reps who are all super responsive. Being able to chat in real time is a game changer. Thank you to Claire and to Reymond N who helped me with my theme issues!
