They appreciate the user-friendly interface, professional-quality translations, and seamless Shopify integration. Translating the store is a real chore and Shopify does not support all required translations. That is why we decided to give Transcy a try. So far, it has worked really well although it is not always intuitive to operate. The support is really good though so that problem is mitigated by the professional assistance one can get.

Problem with language-switcher that disappeared from the website. Contacting Transcy support, and issue was resolved the same day.
Transcy is by far one of the best translation apps I've used on Shopify. The translations are accurate and professional, and the interface is very intuitive. What really stood out to me was the amazing support — quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had a few questions, and the support agent Giselle guided me through everything patiently and clearly.
Highly recommended if you're looking to sell internationally and want to offer a seamless multilingual experience to your customers. 10/10!
