Customer service! is the best they have, they go with you all the way until any issue is fixed they are very patient and wait for you, no time limit. they go above and beyond to help you. The app change all my website for good. I spend moths looking for an app like this and this is the perfect one for local deliveries with nice calendar.
As a florist, it’s essential for our customers to easily choose their preferred delivery or pickup date — and this app makes that possible! When I switched to Shopify, I was initially worried to see that feature wasn’t built in, but after a quick search, the Bird App turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s worked wonders for our shop and integrates seamlessly with our POS tablet.
I especially love that it syncs with our Google Calendar, allows for customizable rates and delivery charges (or uses your existing Shopify settings), and is very reasonably priced.
The support team deserves a special mention — getting in touch and setting up a video call was smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even helped with some Shopify back-end setup outside of their own app.
