Fantastic customer support, we have been using this app since we started with Shopify. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues. Both ended up being user error on our part. Excellent customer service. I had a slight issue with my theme layout when installing the app and they fixed it within a few hours. I had the same issue when we had a theme update and again they responded within minutes and fixed my issue.
