We were on the hunt for the best push notification solution for our Shopify Plus store, and after testing several platforms, PushOwl clearly stood out. The platform is clean, intuitive, and incredibly effective. But what really made the difference was the onboarding experience.
Arvind was exceptional from day one. He walked us through the setup, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and offered strategic advice tailored to our use case. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
Thanks to Arvind and the PushOwl team, we’re already seeing impressive results. Highly recommended for any serious eCommerce brand looking to boost engagement and retention through push notifications.
Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first time, but with Nayan's help I have been able to figure things out.
Note the support is not in US and there is a time difference. That can be frustring at times but they make up for it.
I had the wonderful pleasure of getting help from Harish, who guided me through the service and some pretty complex issues regarding importing lists and making sure everything worked before a big launch. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went way and beyond to help us, and has been a very important factor in the succesful transition to PushOwl/Brevo from another provider. Warmly recommended!
