10/10. The best pre-order app I’ve used and support is great. I’ve used them in the past and gave another app a try for 2 days and it was a terrible experience. This app is not only user friendly and incredibly straight forward when using it but the support team actually helps to support you. Believe it or not, the support bot is actually very helpful and can likely solve most of your problems in a simplified way before speaking to support. If you need an app for preorders or notifications when products are back in stock I would absolutely recommend. You can have it up and running in less than an hour with minimal work and their support team is 24/7 in the event you need assistance.
