I am already impressed. The Loox App is outstanding and pulled an additional review from the SHOP app that I couldn't figure how to bring over in a competitor's app that I had been using for the last year+. The customer support rep, Mary, answered my questions and provided links to help. I will add more later as I am transferring over everything but I love the referral capabilities, layouts and growth potential.

Exceptional support from Dan and the Loox team

I contacted Loox about a historical review sync issue affecting our Shopify store. Dan picked it up, clearly explained what was happening, ran a full backfill and resync, and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

What impressed me most was that this all happened over a weekend. We’ve used Loox for years and have accumulated a significant number of customer reviews, so getting the historical data correctly synced into Shopify was important to us.

I checked our catalogue afterwards and everything is now syncing exactly as it should.
