Onboarding and migration from another subscription app was seamless. Tarun was fantastic to work with during the onboarding. I never had help with my former subscription app. I already have more functionality and data than I could ever need, plus the widget customization is exactly what I was looking for. This is the subscription app you NEED. All around 5 stars!
We moved to Loop because we were looking for a better experience for our customers to be able to manage their own subscriptions. 6 months in our customer service issues have gone down and our customers are managing their subscriptions on their own. We also were able to allow customers to add a regular product to their orders.
We've had very few issues with the app, and when we have raised them to our support team, the response has been quick and issues have been resolved.
was quite difficult to choose which sub app to go, chosed loop.
took me a while to set it up and learn the app. looks pretty advanced with all the options you can choose, rewards, cancel flows, widget design, email customization etc. they have pretty good AI that answers questions fast and also real human support that are always helpful. so far im pleased.
